I have been competing in triathlons and endurance races for sometime now. While adding variances to my workouts, ie Crossfit, Crossfit Endurance, my times have significantly improved. However, something is missing and I am going to try an experiment for the next few months. I have been trying to go Primal for sometime not and for the most part have done rather well, but I want to stick to it hardcore and see how my times differ. My goal is to place in the top 3 and the race is in May. Any suggestions, etc are welcomes!
