I'm probably not the right size yet to find any that would fit me properly, but I'll be in the market for some next year. Surely they make such objects. Also, sock garters. Please?
I've come across boxer shorts for women, but they were...weird.

And there are sock garters for ladies: Socks by Sock Dreams Sock Garters
    I want the spiked ones

If the pants are woven, just measure the inside of them, anywhere they were tight.

      • Primal frustration of the day,

Have a lovely Freya bikini that I splurged on a few years ago for a mexico vacation - $95, bra cup sizes...it's awesome -
Tried it on this morning - aaaand the bottoms are falling off. Grrrrrr.

Well theres like boy-short style womens underwear. Not quite the same, but theyre more full-coverage than other styles of underwear. I used to hate them when I was fatter, cause they looked effing ridiculous on me. Now that I have a tighter waist and firmer butt, they actually look like what theyre supposed to! So ive branched out. I only wear them for sleeping though, cause I only wear thongs under jeans and other pants (otherwise its wedgie-riffic all day).

A friend of mine in college wore actual mens boxer briefs as underwear or comfy shorts. There are some styles you can find that dont have the front-flap. You might try looking for those.

I gave them away to Habitat for Humanity over 5 months ago.

            Now 214 -- that's 60 lbs!
Goal 160 lbs -- last time there was in junior high!

                My gripes?

                1. My pants don't fit anymore so I have to get some new clothes.
                2. I look better so I have no reason to have sex with the lights out and my power bill is going up.
                3. I can't participate in the never-ending "I really shouldn't be eating this because it will go straight to my thighs!" conversations.
                4. I hardly ever get to visit with my pharmacist anymore.
                5. I have to explain to my doctor that there weren't any errors in my lab results. Those are the actual numbers for a 46-year-old woman that refuses to eat "heart healthy whole grains".

                Really sucks.
HAHAHA i loved the one about the power bill going up!

                • Okay my frustration - 3 days with no MDA left me jonesing for a fix!

I have a "real" frustration too in that the Human Biology class I am taking (and must get an A in) this semester is FULL of CW about nutrition and diet - and we haven't even coverd either subject yet. The prof has already started on Sat Fat bad, whole grains good, meat bad... and I am bored out of my skull.

                  • I get a lot of afternoon energy these days, but its raining so i cant go for a walk outside, but my energy is making me kind of hyperventilate so im walking laps around the office to the irritation of my coworkers who are in a post-lunch sugar crash daze.

                      • So normally my work is a tshirt and jeans sort of office, but today Im wearing nicer clothes cause of a work related dinner tonight. I havent worn heels in months and months (since a friend of mines wedding in october, actually) and even though I am wearing what was before a VERY comfortable, well-made pair of heels and have been walking aorund barefoot all day in the actual office, zomg my feet and legs hurt soooo bad. Its kinda leading to general all-over feelings of crap too. Im going to try and scrape together a decent pair of flats before tonight.

Vibrams needs to make some formal-type shoes stat.

For the rare moments when I need an "acceptable" formal looking shoe, I have a pair of Dr Scholl's Fast Flats folded up in my purse. They are cheap, and not perfect, but especially if I'm wearing slacks or a long skirt, they do the trick.

                          • Heels suck. I am all about flimsy ballet flats. They are basically all I wear. My feet can grip and flex the way they're supposed to, I can feel what I'm walking on, and they look nice. I am just not a "casual", sneakers sort of person, and I'm too poor for Vibrams anyway. So cheapo ballet flats get my seal of approval for being about as unobtrusive as you can get for mega cheap while still looking fancy.

                            • I spend a lot more time shopping, cooking, and researching recipes than I used to. Good thing I like to shop, read and cook, or I'd be driven crazy by now.

                              • My kids (and my) nails are growing faster since going Primal. I can't keep up! I swear I've just clipped them and then my two year old starts looking like she was attacked by a cat. And of course they are dirty all of the time... because they're kids- who play outside and eat with their hands.
