Before I went primal I've always had a terrible time getting out of bed in the morning. I"d often be capable of sleeping 10,11,12 hours a night and still feeling tired. Since I've gone primal (sub 100 carbs a day) my body has been waking up naturally after 7 hours!
I stayed up extra late last night and set my alarm for a healthy 8 hours - waking up at 12pm. When I woke up I realized I'd only slept until 10:30.
