    Before I went primal I've always had a terrible time getting out of bed in the morning. I"d often be capable of sleeping 10,11,12 hours a night and still feeling tired. Since I've gone primal (sub 100 carbs a day) my body has been waking up naturally after 7 hours!


    I stayed up extra late last night and set my alarm for a healthy 8 hours - waking up at 12pm. When I woke up I realized I'd only slept until 10:30.


    It's amazing!

    Yeah, the whole sleep thing is pretty cool. I don't have a hard time getting up anymore, and sleep much better. Although, I sleep 8 hours now instead of 6 or 7. I get sleepy earlier at night.

      Yeah me too. I went to see Avatar last night and didn't get back until 2AM. I woke up at my usual time of 6:30 feeling just as fresh as if I had slept my usual 7-8 hours. Before I would have been nearly dead at my desk. So far I have not felt a little bit tired.

            I sleep well bu I have a REALLY hard time falling asleep lately. I think that's because of the Warrior Diet. =\ I miss primal sleep.

              Same. I am on week 2 - feel fantastic. No more brain fog. Was sleeping 8-9 hrs. Now fresh as a daisy after 6-7. Do get sleepier earlier in the night, but thats not a bad thing. Overall, lighter and brighter!!!
