• replacing rice with anuts or seeds

I saw a recipe on-line that used a tyoe of nut or seed to take the place of rice in a pilaf recipe. Maybe it was Mark's site. Does anybody know what I could use to replace the rice in a rice pilaf meal to keep it Primal!

    Grok on!

I use grated cauliflower in place of rice for recipes.

For a pilaf, I'd probably use a combination of cauliflower rice and toasted sunflower seeds -- heavier on the cauliflower, obviously.
