I saw a recipe on-line that used a tyoe of nut or seed to take the place of rice in a pilaf recipe. Maybe it was Mark's site. Does anybody know what I could use to replace the rice in a rice pilaf meal to keep it Primal!
I use grated cauliflower in place of rice for recipes.
