Well, it's been one week for me and I can say I've done very well sticking to the plan. I've dropped 17lbs, mostly water weight I'm sure judging by the extreme cramping. Plan to start fitness workouts this week. I have a Bowflex clothes hanger in a spare room, I plan to use the rowing function for a good full body starter workout. I suspect I'll be miserable for the next few days, so wish me luck.
