    Woot! Nice sb!
Planks are my nemesis. I will beat them into submission. I went from 55 sec. to 1:32 sec. Still workin' on it!
    Keep up the great work!

      • That's pretty impressive Mr. Dave! I don't really have anything to impressive...just happy that I'm finally gaining weight and strength again after realizing that primal is not necessarily low carb. I'm doing starting strength and its going super.

                      • I have lost 19 pounds. I started the PB to help with migraines and joint pain, but I didn't expect this amazing weight-loss (hoped for it, but thought it couldn't work). The migraines have tapered off (only a few when I am not sleeping/dehydrated/etc.) and the joint pain is gone. The best part is that I can fit into a pair of jeans that have eluded me for 15 years. I've kept them to remind myself of skinnier days and I put them on yesterday and they fit. I still have more weight to lose, but those jeans were a triumph to me.
