I have hovered around my current 210 pounds for a while. I was 247 and lost almost 50 pounds of fat and put on over 10 pounds lean muscle but I have found myself in need of a new way to get it done and keep it off.
I have the book, read it in two days and I am very excited about getting my "Primal On". I do almost all the cooking and shopping in the household so this will be my journey to control.
