  • Gave a speech today on the Primal way of eating...

So I gave a Toastmasters speech today on the “primal” was of eating. (Toastmasters is a public speaking club where you get to practice).

A lot of people who workout in the corporate gym belong to toastmasters so the topic was relevant to the group….

I included some slides of the Keyes study and people we’re asking me all sorts of questions after the meeting and for electronic copies of the slides.

    Pretty cool.

Very cool! Way to go, Arthur.

It's nice to see that poeple have an open mind and aren't shutting you down immediately just because it's so controversial comparing to what they're used to.

Very cool Arthur! That people requested for the electronic copies indicates your speech was a success.

            LOL, chima.

Even reading this thread about (someone else) giving a speech puts a knot in my stomach.

It wasn't that bad... only like 28 people there... not like i stood in front of a stadium of people.

Only way to get better is to practice

Thats awesome. The only way people can change is through knowledge and trial, and your helping pass that on.
