Ok, so I really got into the primal eating in August, close to the beginning of the challenge, and managed to do quite well for 2 weeks. I felt great and for the first time in my adult life I didn't feel like eating was a constant battle of REALLY hungry and REALLY full.
Now I'm back at school and in the thick of my last year of my undergraduate degree and I can't seem to get the primal eating going again. ALL the food on campus is pastries, pop, fries and other junk. I fully subscribe to the ideas of MDA and talk the talk but I can't get my ass in gear and walk the walk.
The main issue is getting over the first few days of intense cravings.
Any advice on how to kick start the primal eating so that it isn't a battle?
