  • Cuz That's How It's Done!

I felt proud of my dinner tonight. Pretty sure it was 100% paleo. SO DELICIOUS! Notice the similarities:

My dinner was lamb burgers with beanless chili & a side of cauliflower and roasted root veggies.

    Me, FTW!

I like your plate! Mine had two pork kabobs on one side and asparagus & spaghetti squash on the other.

Mine had a big ol' pile of broccolini on one side and an equally big pile of slow cooked goat on the other. Yummm. Who needs bread?

tonight we had Everyday Paleo spaghetti. I mixed ground beef with ground italian turkey sausage & veggies, served over spaghetti squash. Tomorrow's leftovers will make a handsome lunch!

I posted it cuz I felt like I was "getting it right" at last

Dammit, thanks for providing me with yet another rabbit hole to fall down, Trish. (FITBOMB)

We had braised short ribs for dinner and a BAS with a sharp vinaigrette. I do kind of miss sopping up the juices with a big ol' chunk of bread, but I was so full after two ribs that I didn't really need the bread.

As the guy says: "It's filler food. You don't need it." He's totally right.
