      Primal eating in a nutshell: If you are hungry, eat Primal food until you are satisfied (not stuffed). Then stop. Wait until you're hungry again. Repeat.

              @DM: Wish I could, but we signed a non-disclosure. I can tell you for sure, you wouldn't have had a problem at ALL. Nobody here would have.


              @Geoff: Knee is talking to me now, but it doesn't matter. I didn't even come close to re-injuring it.
