Mike at CrossFit Oakland ran this article on the gym's blog today. As much as I hate seeing 'fat' pictures of myself, it helps me to remain vigilant every time some one tries to talk me into "just one donut" or something. Thanks Mike, you are a great coach.

Actually the belt is what started the conversation. I had gone into the gym at 7AM and when I grabbed my clothes to change into in the dark I had inadvertently grabbed an old belt. When I went to put it on, I joked with Mike about it and he said he should take a pic. I sent him the 'fat' pic later
