    I have been transitioning to the Primal Blueprint life style over the last 3 months. I started in January and made great progress loosing 8 pounds in the first two months. I stalled out in March on my weight loss.

    I am partially encourage by my improvement in cholestorol test. I dropped total cholesterol from 211 to 165 and raised HDL from 34 to 43. My biggest question is how to improve my HDL level. My whole family always tests very low for HDL.

    Any ideas are welcome. thanks

              You'll be all right. Just live like the Man of old lived, and you will live to be old.

              I would not get very tangled in numbers, these are only simple representations, everyone will balance out at a different number.

              You must have an intuitive sense of how you feel, and go from there. Do you feel good? Then this is good. Your numbers will fall into place, like little blocks, snapping to form a great castle of Legos.
