  • 5 weeks... down 8 lbs.

    More importantly than the weight is how I feel ...still a little tired, but am working on vitamins D and B deficiencies. I have tried not to weigh myself, but thought I would see where I am. Losing 8 lbs. by doing PB feels a lot different than doing it with CW. I feel satisfied... no cravings, no feelings of wanting to binge... that is the best part.

          VERY nice!! How are your measurements? If you haven't started doing measurements, do it now--even if my scale hardly moves, my measurements ALWAYS make me happy I started Vitamin D about 5 weeks ago and it seems to really be helping, I'm on TOM right now, and tired, but not as bad as before the Vitamin D.

            Reborn Grokker... I haven't done measurements. I definitely feel like I have lost more than 8 lbs. though so I am sure the measurements would show greater progress than a scale.
