    I just thought I'd share my whole 30 results with everyone. I stuck to the plan which actually surprised me, I've found that I now view some of my old favourite foods as 'I can't eat that' and don't question it any further, which is very good for me.

    Anyway, I lost 14 lb over the 30 days which I was very pleased with. After my weigh in I decided to treat myself with a Cadbury cream egg (brits will know what these are) - huge mistake! My stomach let me know in no uncertain terms that such food was totally unacceptable now. It was a good learning curve.

    I've got before photos but won't be putting them up until I've got nearer my target weight but am pleased with my progress so far. I shall be adding in some dairy but not as much as I was eating and will hopefully continue towards my target weight (about another 20-25 lb to go).

    Congratulations!!

    and i love cadbury eggs. they'd probably cause my teeth to fall out now!)
    Even if you fall flat on your face, at least you're moving forward!
