So... I dug up some old "frightening" pictures of myself. I guess I was a bit nostalgic since I just had a birthday.

    Looking back, it's pretty sad...

I think the middle picture was taken of me when I was at the heaviest... not sure what I weighed because I never weighed myself back then, I was honestly too embarrassed to (my guess is that I was close to 245 - 250 at the time).

You are SMOKIN' HOT! I'm so glad you've had success with the Primal Blueprint! I've seen your success story a few times around here and I'm still amazed by it. I'd hit that.

I'm so tempted to nag my husband into this lifestyle. "Don't be a nag....don't be a nag...." You look SO GOOD!

That's awesome! You deserve it. What a transformation! I started my journey at 315 lbs, 6'2", and 34 years old on January 1st, 2011. Now 224lbs on 8/28/2011. I hope to get to 205 lbs before Christmas. If so, I will have lost 110 lbs in a year. Then I want to work on the kind of definition you have! That's crazy awesome! Great job!!

Wow... it's been a while since I visited this thread.

Still going strong on the Primal blueprint (coming up on about 2 years in a month or so).

Didn't quite make it into the new paperback edition of the book... (I guess they only selected a few people out of the ones they contacted). Oh well... maybe next time.

I did have a slight setback with a stress fracture in my ankle... so I haven't been able to workout in over a month. I feel like I've gained a few pounds (from inactivity)... but I'm sure it will melt off as I start working out again in a couple of weeks.

I'll post progress pictures once I'm "back in training". lol

                All the best,
                Steven

Champ and Chump are my boobs' names. I prefer one over the other. Also, awesome story.

So awesome! Thanks for sharing Steve. You really look fantastic. I hit with the carb flu big time too. I almost gave up but I'm so glad I didn't. This lifestyle is game changer.

What encourages me the most is that your excess weight hasn't come back. Very encouraging.
