things to get cavewoman strong! soo fun and easy too
I made a slosh pipe, I did get the 3inch the 4 was too big around for me..man it is killer I really have to get into a super tight core stance to balance it, did it for 5 min. then made 2 of them Bulgarian training bags with tire tube, duct tape and sand. made a small one out of the scraps to play with my son tossing it back and forth..the handles stick up from the duct tape so I called one big devil and the other lil devil lol
made a kettle bell out of a gallon milk jug packed with sand and duct tape on top and on handle and swung it around for awhile. man I am tired! what a workout, plus I hiked my mt today.
now I am going to make charts for what things I can do with all the above! try it ladies it is fun! xoxo Darlene
