    Awesome video!


    Looks like CrossFit.


    It's crazy cool stuff


    Here's a video of my wife and I doing a CrossFit workout yesterday.


    The workout was to lift 7,000 pounds from the ground to over your head in as little time as possible.

      I have to download the new adobe flash player, it wouldn't let me play it

      I love stuff like this I am watching videos like crazy to get ideas, cleaning out the garage to make me a homemade Primal gym! going to make a slosh pipe and some sand jugs etc xoxox

        Pity about the poor form though...

        The "Seven Deadly Sins"

        Grains (wheat/rice/oats etc) . . . . . Dairy (milk/yogurt/butter/cheese etc) . . . . . Nightshades (peppers/tomato/eggplant etc)
        Tubers (potato/arrowroot etc) . . . Modernly palatable (cashews/olives etc) . . . Refined foods (salt/sugars etc )
        Legumes (soy/beans/peas etc)

          Hahhha, don't worry about the vid, it's pretty low quality, and just a few seconds


          But a home made primal gym sounds pretty cool!
