Great change cc40. You can really see the difference in your face. Love the tattoos too.

Man, you and I have very similar body types. I've lost about the same amount of weight with nearly the same start date too. I definitely remember being on roller coaster a few years ago and being within a gnat's ass of not being able to get the restraint to snap in place. Not fun.

Likewise with the belt and pants falling down.

You look at least five years younger in the later pics, and I notice differences in your chin and in your belly. Great job! (thinking: am *I* going to see that much difference in ten weeks??)

Primal eating in a nutshell: If you are hungry, eat Primal food until you are satisfied (not stuffed). Then stop. Wait until you're hungry again. Repeat.

cc40 - great stuff! You can sit in the front row now!

Aside from improved health and looks, it's nice that dorpping the fat has other payoffs.

Griff: Why not think, "I AM going to see a difference in ten weeks". Personally, I had no idea that the changes had happened. Other than the looser belt line, and feeling better all around, I didn't see the change in the mirror. My family didn't notice it that much either. I guess they see me all the time and don't notice the gradual change. After these pictures, I have set up a calendar event every month to remind me it's picture day.

Griff, almost forgot. Search for RogerDeRok's pictures (I couldn't find them in my searching) and check his progress. I swear that without seeing his pictures I would have never gone through with my transition to primal.

cc40: Thanks for the tips, I'll do that for sure.

                        Congrats again!
