Wow great results, is that just by eating primal? or did you also get into a workout routine? Ive been doing P90x for almost 4 months now and also had very good results, now i have abs....but maybe i would get much better results by eating primal.

Wow - Congratulations. You do look a whole lot younger.

I have had similar results to you - I started on Primal Blueprint after my wife pointed out MDA this past January and I've dropped from a starting weight of 185 to a current weight of 158. I am also 50 years old.

I've been doing a modified P90X - (resistance training every other day).

I feel 15 years younger and look a heck of lot better.

                The Primal Blueprint just works!

Take a look at my blog (http://thebkon.blogspot.com/)

You can see a gif file switching between me in September of 2007 (325lbs) and me in Mexico this April (270lbs). Currently I am at 257.4 lbs but I still have some work to do. I also have comparisons in measurements under the "My Vitals" logo.

Let me know what you think of the blog itself and if there is anything you would like to see!

PS I would like to know how tall people are when I see their before and after pictures. (This interest came to me when I was watching the finale of the Biggest Loser). 300lbs looks a lot different on a 6'4" frame than it does on a 5'0" frame.

                          Thanks guys!

I started transitioning to Primal at the beginning/middle of November and didn't hit it full on until right after Thanksgiving. So I've lost approx 75 pounds in about 6 months. When I started this, my goal was to lose 100 pounds in one year. It's only been half of that time period and I'm already 3/4 of the way there. At this rate I'm sure to get there.

The whole 80/20 thing totally makes sense because even though I walk about 45 minutes on my lunch breaks 5 days a week (and SOMETIMES do a 90 minute one on one of my days off), I really don't do any other exercise, it's all been due to the food I eat.

I haven't been to the doctor in a few years so I don't know how I'm different statistically other than the weight itself.

Congrats guys. Roger- if you start adding in some resistance training you'll see that weight drop of even quicker. Great job!
