Great find! I'm going to start experimenting w/ some of those egg recipies.

What I find odd is that someone made this elaborate cookbook, created a blog and then just abandoned it.

hmm some of that is iffy information...for example it excludes everything but 'lean meat' and butter is a 'not so good fuel' as well as cream, yogurt, bacon and pickled food(i thought fermented foods were like food superior??)

i would personally eat FAGE over nut flours anyday

I guess everyone has a different take on things, but butter and dairy are generally considered less than optimal primal foods?! and we love bacon and pickles but the salt is less than natural ... - I dont know a recipe where FAGE and nut flour are interchangable!

sorry still thinking....the more i think on this the more i think i am going to attempt to exclusively eat from the primal list on there....

just have to use up my butter/cheese/cream first....

make it a challenge!!! anyone interested?

Great find. Butter is dairy, some Paleo types don't consume it. Some go only for grass-fed. I juuust bought grass fed, or rather pastured butter but forgot it at my girlfriend's so have not had a chance to try it yet...
I used to seriously post here, now I prefer to troll.

Nice idea. And you can do better to change the cookbook to ebook with the flip book maker and make it known by more friends in a colorful and special way.

That is where I turned off a bit too. And lard is listed as a no go!
