  • Primal Cookbook

Got the new primal cookbook in the mail yesterday and looked through it last night. Looks great with vivid pictures and descriptions. Trying to decide what to make first. I am thinking fritada.

By the looks of Mark's signature, his hand was a claw when he signed it.

I was hoping to get mine today- don't think it's going to show though. Still, I am in CA, so it should be showing up soon!

I'll probably be waiting a while for mine to go by Media Mail to the East Coast. I just know that it's worth the wait tho!

Yay! It actually showed up this afternoon. Great pictures in there, and really an invaluable resource- especially for people who don't have a lot of kitchen experience. Poor Mark must have signed mine early-on- the signature is very neat and legible.

Ordered mine today. How long on the average has it been taking to arrive? Are all the books autographed and how is the poster? Hoping to see my book at the end of the week. I'm in Washington so should be a short trip.

                          Are there dairy free recipes?

At first glance there appears to be plenty but will defer to someone who has had the opportunity to read it fully.

My first post here! I received the cookbook this afternoon!

Not sure what to make first, going to the grocery store right now.

I live in Arizona, if that helps anyone estimating arrival times.

Bisous-I didn't look closely yet at all the recipes, but I remember one of them did have a small portion of dairy as an optional ingredient.

Primal Ranger-My copy didn't have a signature, not sure how many had one. Will need to order ASAP when Mark comes out with a new book!

Hope everyone receives their copy quickly!!
