    My fav 15 min meal?

    3-4 eggs, scrambled up with spinach, spring onion, garlic, tomato, and mixed peppers. Add tumeric and a pinch of cinnamon and pinch of black sesame seeds. Lots of black pepper. Salt to taste.

    Edit: sometimes I use two eggs and a handful of mince.
