    I just made another batch of chicken broth and I'm determined not to chuck the layer of chicken fat/ schmaltz that congealed at the top when I cooled the broth. Anyone know any primal/ paleo recipes using it?
    Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, steak in one hand, chocolate in the other, yelling "Holy F***, What a Ride!"

    Use it in your chicken liver pate for more of a chopped chicken liver take on it. Yum.
