WOW, is this post workout? I remember I used to eat this PWO after a 24 hour fast XD
Well, yes and no... It was eaten 21 hours (roughly) post workout - my first 'meal' in between then and dinner being an 70% Lindt Bar, hnnnng - so, kinda, yeah. Forgot about that :P
Tonight I had coconut-shrimp (shrimp coated in coconut flour, cooked in coconut oil with dollops of coconut butter on it... coconut-ception) on white rice with assorted veggies, followed by a delicious dessert of homemade coconut milk vanilla ice cream on blueberries with cocoa-protein "chocolate sauce".
whole sockeye, baked it yesterday with some butter. Couldn't eat it yesterday, since it was a lifting day, can't wait for tonight. Something vegetable for the side, salad or steamed, whatever my folks want. I am tempted to soup it with some shiratake noodles & dill maybe. Will see.
Not having dinner tonight. Lunch was....well. Anyone ever been soooo full that you were physically unable to stand up straight? Now, I didn't even eat that much! It was what I did eat that did it. And the copious amounts of liquids.
