Well, yes and no... It was eaten 21 hours (roughly) post workout - my first 'meal' in between then and dinner being an 70% Lindt Bar, hnnnng - so, kinda, yeah. Forgot about that :P

Tonight I had coconut-shrimp (shrimp coated in coconut flour, cooked in coconut oil with dollops of coconut butter on it... coconut-ception) on white rice with assorted veggies, followed by a delicious dessert of homemade coconut milk vanilla ice cream on blueberries with cocoa-protein "chocolate sauce".

      I even haz pictures.

whole sockeye, baked it yesterday with some butter. Couldn't eat it yesterday, since it was a lifting day, can't wait for tonight. Something vegetable for the side, salad or steamed, whatever my folks want. I am tempted to soup it with some shiratake noodles & dill maybe. Will see.

Tonight: Primal pizza with some bratwurst as the meat and veggies from my garden.
The above should be viewed as complete and utter nonsense.

We had lamb and coriander meatballs with mushrooms and a home-made tomato sauce, with rice for those who eat it, and petit pois as well (also for those who eat them).

I am going to do a paleo version of eggplant parm. And spaghetti squash to go with it.

Wild salmon and griddled asparagus tonight - fresh fruit if our local fruit farm is open as we drive past.

Not having dinner tonight. Lunch was....well. Anyone ever been soooo full that you were physically unable to stand up straight? Now, I didn't even eat that much! It was what I did eat that did it. And the copious amounts of liquids.

Okay, yesterday side ended up being onions, cremini, napa and grated carrots braised with some bacon bits.

Tonight it's shrimps with a gazpacho or an egg-white banana-rhubarb smoothie. Not sure yet.
