I had lunch at an Asian buffet today that was pretty good as those places go, though I'm sure I got plenty of crappy oils. One of the dishes was Saury, a whole fish about 10" long with skin and bones intact. It was quite oily and fishy, but still delicious. There is one mention here - http://www.marksdailyapple.com/forum...tml#post371787 - and I found a recommendation online to grill it. It seems to be like a small mackerel. Does anyone eat this? Any suggestions on preparing it? I'm going to check out a Korean market to see if they have it.
