  • Tapioca-Coconut flour biscuits

    I made these yesterday. They are kind of crusty on the outside and chewy on the inside.

    1/2 cup tapioca flour
    3 TBS Coconut flour + 2 TBS Coconut flour
    1/2 TBS garlic powder
    1/2 salt
    1/4 cup hot water
    1 Large egg + 2 egg whites (whisked)
    A few drops of liquid stevia- optional

    Combine the 3 TBS of coconut flour with the other dry ingredients and stir together in a mixing bowl.
    Add hot water and stir.
    Add egg mixture and stir.
    Add stevia- optional
    Mix in the other 2 TBS of coconut flour.

    Let it sit for a few minutes. Spoon out dough onto a greased cookie sheet. I made mine slightly flat and into 3 biscuits.

    Bake at 360 and check around 15 minutes.
