Flourless Cheesy Bread Recipe | The Nourished Life

I didn't see this posted anywhere so I thought I would share. It was easy to make.

I tried this last night and thought it was delicious. I could have easily eaten the whole batch. I had a hamburger in it, using it as the bun.

I used Parmesan that I had grated and some Kerry Gold extra sharp cheddar. It took 22 minutes in my oven. It is just a bit greasy from the cheese, but obviously, that didn't bother me.

I forgot to mention I used a pinch of garlic powder instead of the cayenne.

I finished it off today. I can tell this is one of those things I shouldn't make very often if I want to maintain a reasonable weight.

Well this didn't work too well for me today. Instructions were to spread it as thin as possible, unfortunately it then stuck to the baking paper so half the mix was wasted and went to the chooks and the remainder was very thin, so not very breadlike.

Delicious though, especially with a good bite from my large pinch of cayenne so I would try it again on the baking tray or even the pizza stone, and make it a bit thicker.

Sorry it didn't turn out for you, Annie. I wonder what we did differently?

I gave it another go today with much better success on a greased pizza stone instead of on paper. I had no parmesan or yoghurt today so I just went with tasty cheddar and cream. I also omitted the salt.

I ate half the batch in one go, the rest will probably go in school/work lunches tomorrow so I will have to make some more. Thanks for sharing this recipe Huarache Gal.

This was pretty amazing. I still get cravings for cheese buns from time to time and this is the perfect substitute. Thanks!

Would whole milk yoghurt be Greek yoghurt?

I think they're different but I think the fat content is the important thing.
