I made this http://www.marksdailyapple.com/forum...ml#post1170561 , more or less, but subbed white potato for sweet, added some sliced carrots and a 15oz can diced tomato in tomato purée. The tomato really thickened up the sauce. It's a new family favorite! DH has dubbed it Lamburger Helper, lol. I used about 3oz chopped kale (big pile) and it just disappeared into the sauce. I'm going to double the recipe next time so we have a whole meal of leftovers.
