          I just got back from two weeks in the Philippines and had a lot of that while I was over there. Man it was good. And we had a whole roasted pig where we watched them string up the pig and kill right before they cooked it. It was ready the next morning for next breakfast. Nothing like some fresh crispy pig skin with a layer of fat underneath for breakfast.

            I've had pork belly twice so far in my life (not counting bacon, but I consider pork belly its own entity separate from bacon). I sincerely need to make it happen more.

            That photo is pretty enough to bring a tear to a lady's eye.
