      Yes! Kenji's recipes are always solid gold. Sometimes they require a bit of planning/prep, but they are always worth it.

        Besides cutting up the pork shoulder, this recipe was very easy. I also roasted all of my veggies for the salsa verde. I have so much salsa left over that I'm going to use the rest to cook chicken thighs in.
