  • Taste of India Spicy Curry Soup

This recipe was hubby's brainchild and it is amazing in depth of flavor. Simple to make as well. I wish I could send you the smell through the computer!

One cup of water and cook on HIGH for two hours? Please explain how this is done. I picture a burned mess.

Looks delicious! I take it that this is cooked in the crockpot rather than the stovetop given the time and heat settings?

        Crockpot, for sure.

Well, I'm a sucker for anything that can be eaten out of a bowl and that looks awesome. Another winner.

Who says back fat is a bad thing? Maybe on a hairy guy at the beach, but not on a crab.

Nope, the juices from the chicken and veggies make plenty of juice. We added one cup toward the end and that put us up to the rim of the lid.

Yes, the crockpot. I will clarify that on the blog. Thanks!

Another good one. I've just added the spices for the last leg of the journey and will break fast with later today. Thanks for posting this.

Turned out well. Initially tempted to inc. spices, but glad I didn't. I put a dollop of full-fat sour cream on each serving. Wunderbar!

One removes the fat, silly, to make it healthier don't ya know....

Good catch. I was tired and my wicked past crept through. I don't eat lite or non anything. You aren't going to mobilize the rest of NZ against me on this? Please cancel the THATS NOT PRIMAL ALERT!!!!
