I never thought to put chicken livers with cabbage, but it sounds really good. I think the slightly sweet taste that cabbage gets when you braise or grill it would play off the earthiness of the liver.

This looks fantastic! I've only eaten beef liver and don't care for it unless it's hidden in something, but I think this is worth trying chicken livers for. Where do you source yours from? U.S. Wellness?
