    THAT is definitely not spam.
Disclaimer: I eat 'meat and vegetables' ala Primal, although I don't agree with the carb curve. I like Perfect Health Diet and WAPF Lactofermentation a lot.

I had pig spleen a little while ago. Tastes normal, actually. Like a mild liver. Nice photo and food presentation.

        yeah you are

Baby if you time travel back far enough you can avoid that work because the dust won't be there. You're too pretty to be working that hard.

This was the top thread displayed for the Recipe section on the main Forum page and I thought "Ah yes that'll be Kitoi"

          Looks great as always

I like to things out of ordinary and there are no primal/paleo blogs (that I know of) that focus on Asian cooking.

Have some Hawaiian smoked bacon that finished curing and will be ready to try this weekend. Also some Kalua brined beef jerky drying and may do something with pork tongue in the coming days, perhaps some balut as well

That looks wonderful. Mentally, I've been a bit reluctant to try spleen (though I'm perfectly fine with heart, liver, and tongue), but that looks so good, I want to stick a fork through the monitor to try it.

Who says back fat is a bad thing? Maybe on a hairy guy at the beach, but not on a crab.
