LOL! I had to look away while you cut that squash! Great recipe. I cut my spaghetti squash in smaller pieces and steam it, but it has the same result. And my hands don't always grip my knife so well, so once I stick it in the squash I just pick it up and whack the whole thing down on the cutting board squash first. Usually the squash will split right in half, as long as it doesn't shoot across the kitchen. Thanks for the video. My iPad won't let me click on links in the recipe forum page.
