  • Crock Pot Meal -- Adobo Pork

    I discovered this recipe a couple of months ago and I am in love. I

    Slow Cooker Filipino Adobo Pulled Pork | Skinnytaste

    usually have all of the ingredients on hand -- I use tamari instead of the soy sauce (and I'm sure you could use coconut aminos, if that's your preference), if I don't have a jalapeno I use a tablespoon of crushed red pepper flakes, and I use minced garlic instead of crushed. Regardless, it's amazing.

    I've made this three times -- twice with a pork shoulder and once with pork tenderloin (the latter was a bit dryer, but putting it in a lettuce leaf with sriracha was divine!).

    I highly, highly recommend this recipe!

    Doesn't sound too bad! I've got both pork tenderloin and a shoulder and am undecided which to use.

      The shoulder is definitely more moist, but it's totally up to you! As I said, both are amazing.
