    I felt like eating chili so I just put stuff together. Result? Very good.

    ground beef
    zucchini
    garlic
    onion
    mushrooms
    cumin
    tumeric
    chilli powder
    salt and pepper

    jalapeno juice

    Sounds good! I often just make a straight-up meat Chilli, but have been finding the addition of one seasonal vegetable keeps it fresh the whole year round.

      Same here. As I've gone Primal I've realized that I need to add more vegetables to my chili to make sure I'm getting a healthy amount of quality veggies. Next time around I'll probably be adding some carrots and mushrooms to my normal bell peppers and onions. And some tumeric for good measure

          Woke up this morning and it was nearly ALL gone. Apparently hubby liked it a whole bunch and ate it all LOL!!
