  • Loco Moco [Weight Gainer]

    Not Low Carb, this is for gaining weight, you've been warned .

    A primal twist on a Hawaiian Favorite:

    1 cup cooked white rice
    Sauteed shallots in butter (lots)
    2 Big hamburger patties
    3 Sunny side up eggs

    Served with the shallots on top of the eggs, on top of the patties over rice. Put in bowl, shove in face.

    About 1,400 Calories, 80g Fat, 70g Protien, 50g Carbs.

        Shootz I didnt' even eat mac salad pre-primal. I'm too lazy to make gravy but butter sauteed shallots work for me.
