    Protein powder
    Whole Milk
    Blueberries
    Raspberries
    Coconut Oil
    Coconut Manna
    Cacao
    "Go For Broke"
    Fat Kine-230/24% @ 6'2"
    Small Kine-168/9%
    Now- 200/8%
    Goal- 210/6%

      Lately, I've been doing the "Joe Rogan" smoothie:

      Pineapple
      Kale
      Cucumber
      Celery
      Ginger
      Garlic
      Hemp Protein
      Coconut Oil

        Frozen banana, 1-2 ice cubes, avocado, spinach, cocoa powder, coconut milk, drop of vanilla.

          That sounds pretty good, I never thought to use ginger in a smoothie before.
