    I am after making the savoury crepes from the PB Quick and Easy ideas and am now left with 8 yolks.

    Anyone any Primal ideas for these 8 yolks?

                  Make a custard! With coconut milk if you don't do dairy. You can eat as is (over fruit, perhaps) or make ice cream.
                  Extra yolks is a happy problem to have.

                    Custard for ice cream! Specifically Kahlua ice cream with dark chocolate chunks and toasted pecans.

                          Steak sauce...

                          Prepare steak, rare (med-rare if you must).
                          Bring some water to a simmer...
                          Gently lower a whole intact yolk on a deep spoon into the hot water...
                          When the outside is white and it seems to have gelled just a bit... remove it from the water, drain way excess moisture carefully, and place on top of steak.
                          Bust it... and watch that beautiful sauce drip into the meat... MMMMmmmm.
                          Use a couple of yolks.
                          Because it's delicious.

                          I just do it with a raw yolk, but the bit of poaching is for people who feel weird about that, or don't like the texture of the raw white membrane.
