      Fruit
Four years Primal with influences from Jaminet & Shanahan and a focus on being anti-inflammatory. Using Primal to treat CVD and prevent stents from blocking free of drugs.

Eat creatures nose-to-tail (animal, fowl, fish, crustacea, molluscs), a large variety of vegetables (raw, cooked and fermented, including safe starches), dairy (cheese & yoghurt), occasional fruit, cocoa, turmeric & red wine

I just had a glass of red wine and a few squares of dark chocolate. That's my weekend fix. I found out that stirring just a little bit of honey into some coconut milk (when it's really creamy, yogurt-like), was satisfying enough of a dessert that I only took a few spoonfuls and didn't want anymore - as opposed to the desserts I grew up on, like peach and blueberry cobbler, where I would eat as much as I could hold. I'm glad to have found something that satisfies my dessert cravings so efficiently. It must be the fat content, I suppose.

I made a blackberry/blueberry cobbler today with just a very light layer of almond flour/coconut flour cut with butter on top.

I just improvised and it's definitely mostly fruits, with just some of that crumb on top. A small serving of that and a cup of ginger tea was sweet and satisfying. And my kids ate it.

ganache frosting with berries and whipped cream

              ganache-
heat up 1/4 cup whipping cream until hot to the touch. turn off the heat and add in 3-4 oz chocolate (really dark is fine). stir with a spoon until really smooth. you can dip strawberries in it like this, or you can cool it off and whip it up with an electric beater to get fluffier, super chocolatey stuff.

Squee! I'm trying this later this week with the rest of my berries. Thanks!
