Mayo recipe - no eggs or soy?

    When I was vegan I used to make tahini 'mayo', by whisking some tahini (hulled has the mildest flavour if you are into that) with some lemon juice or apple cider vinegar, a little mustard, salt and pepper and a light oil like macadamia or light olive oil. Tastes great if you like a mild sesame flavour, and it emulsified pretty well from memory.
    Primal since May 2012. Loving life and down 50lbs.

      That sounds pretty tasty. I might try that to make some chicken or tuna salad
