  • Paleo Double Down Burger

    My partner's friend boasted the other day that he ate 3 KFC double down burgers in one day.

    Not to be outdone, we made this:

    Grilled chicken 'bun', with red onion, red capsicum, tomato, cheddar, home made guacamole, bacon and cajun spiced chicken with mustard, kale chips and sweet potato fries.FTW.

      Holy pile of wonderful! I would scarf that down in a second. I just ate breakfast and I'm drooling. I really need to spend more time in the kitchen. I am so jealous of that burger.

          Are you planning on visiting them in the hospital? I think I would die if I ate 3 KFC DD.

                And its super easy - the chicken buns hold together really really well, even when flattened like a schnitzel. Only bad thing is there is a lot of ingredients, so lots of pots and pans.

                Totally worth it though I'll try and make some mayo that doesn't turn out crap for next time, mmmmm/
