      Yes, a salad or good slaw of some sort can be very cool and refreshing. Made a modified version of Everyday Paleo's purple cabbage slaw the other day using a lime-cilantro vinaigrette that was a big hit.

            Where do you find all that stuff grass fed? We only have ground beef.

                  Last night we had wild Alaskan Salmon cooked on cedar planks on the grill and thai green papaya salad. I marinated them in Coconut Aminos and coconut sugar for about 30 minutes. Drizzled the kids with local wildflower honey and they gobbled up 4 oz each. Paleo friendly papaya salad recipe came from here:

                      Bought some brautwurst from the butcher and had a BAS with it.... Extra brauts went in the eggs in the morning.
