I need a good summer Primal recipe for tonight....
Yes, a salad or good slaw of some sort can be very cool and refreshing. Made a modified version of Everyday Paleo's purple cabbage slaw the other day using a lime-cilantro vinaigrette that was a big hit.
Last night we had wild Alaskan Salmon cooked on cedar planks on the grill and thai green papaya salad. I marinated them in Coconut Aminos and coconut sugar for about 30 minutes.
