  • Simple Cottage Cheese Fruit Pudding (62 g protein)

Ok, so I realize dairy is a grey area in primal, I incorporate it sparingly and occasionally.

That being said, this is a super easy recipe, tastes great.

    62 g protein
    Under 600 cals

Watch your speakers, music might get loud and one point, my apologies, poor editing.

What is the full fat percentage you are referring too?

That was my impression. Many supermarkets seem to have been phasing 4% out, I used to buy it often (nordica brand), not my grocery store does not carry it.

All I've found is 1% and 2% plus it has other crud in it.

I would love to get my hands on some of this: Daisy Brand Cottage Cheese - Quick Snack or a Healthy Meal
but its not carried in my state.

The 4% I get is Kalona Supernatural. It is rad!

Have you tried your local healthfood store?

Yup. All of theirs had soy in it. That was 6 months ago so I should probably try again. *fingers crossed*

I know the frustration. Even Tesco, a global supermarket chain that makes claim about the wide choice and variety on offer, only has low-fat cottage cheese. Hrumph!
                    All the best!

You can always take flyers of request to carry product to your stores. Go on the site of the product you want and sometimes you can find it. It's easier if you go to them on facebook and ask for one.
