I love banana bread. Once my Whole 30 is done, I'm going to give this a shot - both the banana and zucchini versions. Thanks, OP!

I made it this morning. I used 1c each of almond & coconut flour, added real wildcrafted vanilla, pumpkin spice, and sugar free applesauce. It's super dense. Don't try eating it without something to drink immediately on hand. Tasty though. Mine came out to 253 cals, 29g carb, 11 fat, 9 protein, 9 fiber, and 123 sodium for 8 slices.

Finally made this last night. Very tasty! Unfortunately, my kids didn't like it, so now it's just me and the banana bread...uh oh...

Mine was also eight slices, going by the original recipe, but I then cut it down the middle for a total of 16 slices. Sadly, though, it does nothing to fill me up -- I had a piece with a handful of fresh blueberries this morning with my coffee, and I feel like I'm starving. Looks like I should keep this as a once-in-a-while treat instead of as a possible breakfast. Alas!
