    Hmmm that's true, you could do it with potatoes. No duh. I never even considered that since I'm not a huge fan of them.

    I don't think dehydration would work, because they'd be too pliant, versus crunchy. Unless you want a really flexible pizza crust with no crunch.

        Oh. Wouldn't they get disintegrated? Or were you just going to use a dehydrator to just get some of the water off? Imo, that takes too long and too much energy. >_<

          I make little pizzas by using portobello mushrooms as the crust. . . easy and delicious!
