  • Seaweed?

Where do you find your seaweed if you don't have a good Asian market nearby? And how do you eat it?

    Thanks!

i was just talking with my wife about this last night. the closest asian market to us is an hour drive, but we found that our local grocery store sells some. it's mostly nori (sushi wrap) but they some other stuff that we might throw in soups, or try to use in some sort of seaweed salad. check the international section of whatever supermarket you go to, and you might find some.

What about kelp noodles? I just ordered some from Amazon. Is there a better source? What kins of sauces work best with them?

Someone here on the forum introduced me to this and I've been using it with almost every meal...

You can get Nori at Whole Foods and any other organic market. I think Trader Joe's carries it too.

I get mine in the Asian section in our supermarket. I like it crumbled on top of salads.
