  • DELICIOUS primal chocolate "mousse" that I made last night!

I got the recipe somewhere on this website, but now can't find it...anyhow...

One 15 ounce can of coconut milk , Full fat, chilled for a few hours or overnight.
    Scrape the top layer off.
Put in a bowl, and mix for about 5 minutes until it reaches a soft , mousse-y consistency...

Melt 4 OZ of dark chocolate, then stir it into the coconut milk-mousse...put into parfait cups or any kind of small bowl....chill...and, Walaa!! YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also added a few rasberries, and man , was it good!

I've seen more than one American use the term "WALAA!" on message boards of all types.

        It's 'VIOLA!' fer crissakes.

How dark was your dark chocolate? Cocoa %? Was it sweet enough?

It was 85%. And yes, I thought it was sweet enough. Keep in mind I LOVE dark chocolate...I like the bitter taste.

You're all wrong, it's "voilą" (note the 'ą')

btw, nice recipe, might give it a go this weekend.
