    I know it is amazing for you and all that, but jeez it tastes like ass.

    My most recent share of grassfed beef included the liver. I can't say I'm overly pumped about it, but I'm a gamer... I'll give it a go. Somebody share an awesome grassfed liver recipe to make me change my mind on the meat.

    Chop it up into tiny pieces (easiest when partially frozen).
    Then put those pieces into small single serving size containers (yogurt cups, tupperware etc) and keep them in the fridge.

    Any time you make ground beef/bison/pork/venison etc, you can just mix in a serving or two.
    My wife is a picky eater, but she has no idea that she's gotten several servings of liver in the last couple of weeks.

        Cut it into rubbery, stretchy, gross-looking strips

        Dust it in coconut flour mixed with some salt, pepper, garlic powder, cayenne, whatever

        Egg wash

        Coat it in the small flakes of unsweetened coconut

        Fry it in bacon fat or a bacon fat/palm shortening mixture

        Liver McNuggets I call it. Hides the gross reasonably well.

          With braunschweiger and liverwurst I use low carb barbeque sauce. I used to choke it down, now I enjoy it.

          Spicy/smokey covers strong meat flavors, which was one of the primary reasons for the original spice trade; consuming partially rancid meat.

                Freeze a chunk, then grate into a chilli or a bolognaise

                  Mix a chunk into hamburger patties. Should work.

                  Are you using spices? Onion, salt, pepper, allspice works great!
